ABOUT COLORADO RUSH RECREATION PROGRAM

The Colorado Rush Recreation Program is an entry program for boys & girls ages 3-8 (U4-U9) interested to play and learn soccer in a fun and supportive environment.  Registration is for an 8 week season which includes 1 practice per week (8 practice days) and 1 game per week (7 total games).

What you will Learn

  • Dribbling: controlling the ball while in motion
  • Finishing: placement, power, body shape
  • Passing: striking the ball with variety of surfaces
  • Offensive small group combinations and shape
  • Defending: teaching players to press the ball as a group


What You Need

  • Soccer Cleats
  • Shing Guards
  • Jersey (included with registration)
  • Water Bottle
  • Good Attitudes
