Staff

Nik hails from Southend, England. He has a BSc in Coaching Science and a Diploma of Higher Education, Science of Soccer from Liverpool John Moores University. His playing career consisted of playing semi-professionally in England and for John Moores University in Liverpool.

Nik has served as a staff coach for Colorado and Wyoming in the Olympic Development Program, is a staff coach for UCCS Men's Soccer, and the Colorado Springs Sweitchbacks USL Academy team. Nik holds a USSF “A” license and is the State E and D licensing instructor for Southern Colorado. 

Nik was the Technical Director of Pikes Peak Soccer Club/Rush Pikes Peak from 1999-2012, the Director of Rush Select 2010-2015 and the Director of Education for Rush Soccer Aug 2012 - Jan 2015. Nik currently works in expansion and Development for Rush Soccer and is the Director of Soccer Operations for Colorado Rush - Colorado Springs.
